Im Herbst 2020 konnten voll reife Rieslingtrauben aus dem klassifizierten Weinberg am Heilbronner Stiftsberg mit dem Flurnamen Hundsberg geerntet werden als Basis fr einen groen Wein. Der Saft wurde zum Teil im 500L Fass und zum Teil im Barrique khl vergoren, bis April war der Wein auf der Feinhefe, so ist ein sehr gut strukturierter und krftiger Weisswein
