MYKEN - Octave Symphony 2020Der Octave Symphony 2020 ist mit seinen vier Jahren der aktuell lteste Whisky der jungen norwegischen Brennerei. Fr die Lagerung wurden ausschlielich 1st fill Octaves genutzt und bei diesen dominiert mit fast 2 3 der Sherryanteil aus Oloroso und PX, ergnzt durch 1 3 Bourbonfsser. Der Name deutet bereits ein harmonisches Zusammenspiel an, bei dem die drei unterschiedlichen Fassarten gemeinsam mit dem Brennereicharakter eine wunderschne Melodie ergeben.
