PVC Schedule 40 has better sound deadening qualities than PVC Schedule 40 DWV Foam Core and ABS Foam Core. Installation requires the use of primer and solvent cement. So far I'm liking this product. For the model X, you can use it on either side of the screen. As well, it holds on very well on the screen. Very good build quality and design. Fits perfectly to the screen. Very strong magnetic fit. But can cause scratches to your case if tth case is a hard plastic material.
