Army Air Force officer's service jacket manufactured on February 28, 1944, by the Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot. It is constructed of the iconic "chocolate" gabardine wool material. Inscribed on the jacket's lining is the surname of its original owner, "Wexler". A search of the National Archives unfortunately reveals too many results to be conclusive. It is a size 38R but please refer to the Measurements

These are very sturdy plates; you don't have to worry about them folding up on you, but you can't put too much on them either, they are small plates. They are 6 inches, but the center of the plate is 4 inches, think one burger bun size. Pretty much Tapas and snacks, these would be excellent for what they were labeled as intended for.....Birthday's, Wedding's, and Office Parties. With a 500 count you definitely would not have to worry about running out. Despite their size these are very durable plates, and you don't have to worry about throwing them in the microwave and scrapping up parts of the plate afterwards for a meal like lasagna which says a lot.
