Pinotage Single Vineyard, Doolhof 2021Beschreibung Die Trauben dieses Premium Pinotage Weinbergs wurden frhmorgens von Hand geerntet und in den Keller gebracht. Nach der Sortierung und Khlung wurden die Trauben in einen Edelstahl Grbehlter gepresst und zwei Tage lang kalt eingeweicht, bevor die Grung begann. Nach Abschluss der Grung wurde der Wein sanft gepresst und die malolaktische Grung erfolgte in Edelstahltanks. Anschlieend reifte der Wein 12 Monate lang in 300 Liter Fssern aus
